Wag-a-Way has been a part of Oakville for over 40 years. While there have been changes over the years, the past six in particular have brought new ownership and a renewed commitment to service.
With a renovated facility and a broader range of services including activities, grooming, home boarding, doggie daycare, pick-up and delivery Wag-a-Way consistently offers top knotch service to our discriminating customers and their worthy pets.
Wag-a-Way was borne out of our desire to provide your pets with the same love and attention that we would want for our own pets when left in the care of others.
Our staff are caring and compassionate - we have a genuine affection for animals. Each of us has chosen a career with animals and we are rewarded daily by the company of the glorious creatures left in our care and by those that live in our outdoor surroundings.

Loreta
was bringing home animals from infancy. Cats, ducks, birds, guinea pigs, etc. Now a breeder of champion Yorkshire Terriers and the owner of Wag-a-Way, she sets the same high standards for your dogs as she does with her own.
Crysta
is a manager. She shares her life with her dogs Lexi, Clifford, and Hitch. Crysta is a graduate of the Animal Care Program at Sheridan College.
Cheri
is a manager. She lives with Brandy, Alabama, Piper and Tigger. Cheri is also currently taking a course to become a professional dog trainer.
Leslie
is an assistant-manager and talented arist whose life changed with the arrival of Magic. Soon Lesie will combine her artistry and her love of dogs in a new way - as a dog groomer!
Jennifer
is our groomer. She received her training in sunny Georgia and enjoys the company of Bailey and Bear.
